We’ve been on baby watch for weeks and according to Mathew Knowles, Beyonce gave birth to the twins on June 17th. He took to his Twitter page to wish the twins a Happy Birthday and later, People Magazine confirmed the twins arrival via Instagram. This Father’s Day just got extra special for Jay Z.
