Happy Sunday! Did you know that the World’s largest multi- sport festival is happening in Columbus this weekend? Yes, the Arnold Classic is going on right now! According to arnoldsportsfestival.com, The Arnold Sports Festival USA was founded right here in Columbus, Ohio, in 1989 and now features more than 18,000 athletes from 80 nations competing in 70 sports and events.
This is the event to check out if you want information and inspiration on being fit! There is something for entire family and events are going on all day. Today is the last day to attend and the weather is nice, so there are no excuses.
