According to news reports Della Reese health is not good. Radar Online reports the famed Actress/Singer has been forced to use a wheelchair to get around after complications from diabetes and two brain operations.
In 1979 Reese, born Delloreese Patricia Early suffered a near-fatal brain aneurysm. Reese’s mother, Nellie Mitchelle Early, died in 1949 of a cerebral hemorrhage. Reese also has Type 2 Diabetes.
Reese was recently seen in Hollywood as her former “Touched By An Angel” co-host Roma Downey received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last month.
We pray that Reese makes a speedy recovery.
