I think most of us can agree that a baby gets the best sleep. And the best way to get a baby to sleep is to rock them.

Accordiing to BBC.com, a research conducted at the University of Geneva that tested 18 youbg adults at a sleep laboratory. The beds were specially created to rock gently while the patients slept.

Based on the recorded brainwaves, the results reflected that periods of deep sleep were longer and they woke up fewer times. The testing was only done for a short period so research can’t confirm if this is long term.

Either way, I plan to rock myself to sleep to add to this theory, Will you join in?
