A local man has been charged with a hate crime after spray painting an anti-Islamic message on the Perry Township mosque. The Franklin County Grand Jury indicted 44-year-old Todd Williams for his involvement in the vandalism of Ahlul-Bayt Society-Islamic Center on February 11.
