Now i am all for making the living of people better, and building up neighborhoods, but not at the coast of people losing their homes.

This has been happening for some time now “Gentrification” the new wave for better and affordable housing. I think no one actually realizes who is affected the most by gentrification and that happens to be the people who already living in thats neighborhood. Whether its their taxes increasing for the new development around them, or if its their schools losing money to gentrification.
There needs to be a better solution1
