VIA FOX 28 NEWS Cartharn said he’d been out with a friend, who left him after an argument. Soon after, OSU police say Cartharn allegedly introduced himself as an undercover police officer to the woman at 1:15 a.m. last Friday near North High and Woodruff Avenue.”It’s just like I’ve been telling everybody else. Right now, I’m not commenting about what’s going on,” when asked if he’d posed as an officer.Police said Cartharn walked the woman to her Houston House residence hall, as the student became suspicious and uncomfortable. Surveillance images captured Cartharn as he then followed the woman into the dorm. He said he left after she’d checked in at the front desk.
