After calling their bank to resolve the lost cash flow, they find out the culprit is the bank themselves! Yes, Bank Of America withdrew $2,000 from their account to satisfy the couple’s line of credit. According to the Leveen’s, they were currently on a monthly payment plan that was also automatic transfers. Bank of America stated that the payment plan expired and they had no plans of returning the funds to the couple. When reporting the incident to the police, it was no luck as the police informed them that it’s a civil dispute.
