After his Philadelphia Eagles won their first Super Bowl in franchise history, Comedian Kevin Hart decided to pay a visit to a very special fan.

Saniyah Bell is an 8-year old who has DIPG which is an inoperable brain tumor. Her dream was to meet Hart, and on the day after the big win, he made that dream a reality. See their meeting below:
