More Money, More Problems! Powerball winner of $560 million is fighting to remain anonymous but due to commission rules that cant be promised. The winner received her cash flow in Merrimack, New Hampshire, which she signed the back of the ticket as instructed. That signature was not only allowing her to claim her winnings but also signing over her privacy. According to the commission website, if she would have signed the ticket as the name of a trust then she would have remained anonymous. Her request to remain private is due to the fact that most winners who broadcast their victories can often bring about negative attention.As a result, the winner is now suing the Powerball to keep her privacy.
