The new movie A Question of Faith hopes to become a surprise hit among Christian film goers this fall.

The movie is the first of its kind in the space to have been produced by an African-American female producer—and the first faith-based feature for veteran producer Angela White of Silver Lining Entertainment.

The film features a well-known cast, a unique and compelling storyline that touches on timely topics such as racial prejudice, the debate surrounding organ donation, while intertwining a strong message of faith.

A Question of Faith will release from Pure Flix on September 29, 2017 in more than 600 theaters.

A Question of Faith features a moving storyline involving three families from different culture who live in the same community. They are complete strangers living vastly separate lives until a texting and driving accident thrusts them onto converging paths where they discover God’s love, forgiveness, grace and mercy.

“God’s power is glorified in this film in a way I’ve personally not seen before,” said White. “Audiences will find themselves cheering, singing, crying and praising God when they watch this film.”

The accomplished cast includes Richard T. Jones (Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married,Judging Amy), Kim Fields,  C. Thomas Howell (The Amazing Spiderman, E.T.), Gregory Alan Williams (Greenleaf), Christian recording artists Jaci Velasquez (I’m Not Ashamed,  and T.C. Stallings (War Room, Courageou
