Snoop Dogg is celebrating the BIG 5-0 today. The legendary rapper in his youth was known for his West coast edgy music that turned him into a hip-hop icon. As fans we have seen Snoop evolve as an artist. We met him as Snoop Doggy Dogg. We adapted to Snoop Dogg. As he got older and showing younger people in music the way, we met Uncle Snoop. Then Snoop wanted to get in touch with his island natives and turned into Snoop Lion.
Once he came back to just being Snoop Dogg he entered our sound systems as a gospel artist. Snoop always finds a way to be relevant. Through his music we got to learn about his upbringing in faith and how it was a driving force in his life.
