So, back when I was a cheerleader in high school, we had to have a 2.0 GPA to participate in games. Honestly, if you didn’t get a 3.0 or higher, everyone pretty much gave you the side-eye. Well, it looks like student athletes in Dayton are about to have it real good.

According to Fox 45, Dayton Public School’s Board of Education voted to change athletic eligibility for students Tuesday night. Students will now have to have a 1.0 GPA on a 4.0 grading scale to be eligible to play.
