An anonymous donor pulled a good samaritan act by helping more than 150 students pay off their lunch debt.

According to 10TV, school officials say the donor did this big act of kindness to honor a retired lunch worker who died in January. The donation of $500 helped many Port Clinton City Schools students from kindergarten to 12th grade.

The lunch worker, Ruth Vogt was the donor’s favorite lunch lady and worked in her position for 20 years.
