COLUMBUS, Ohio
A gas leak along East Broad Street in east Columbus forced the evacuation of East High School Thursday morning.
East Broad Street was closed in both directions between Taylor Avenue and Parkwood Avenue as crews worked to contain the leak.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
East High School will be dismissing early at 1 p.m. Parents will receive an automatic call from the school with information on when and where to pick up their child.
