Gabrielle Union is giving single ladies alike some advice when it comes to finding the right man for a successful relationship. Say what you may, she and husband Dwyane Wade have been one of the internets frequent “relationshipgoals couple.
The actress tells The Grio that it has to start with us being honest with ourselves and the men we pick.
“If your type hasn’t worked for you in 40 years, guess what? Your type sucks! Time to change your type. Think outside the box! Maybe they’re younger, maybe they’re older, maybe they don’t come in the shape or size or color that you assume they would come in.”
Union says if you keep yourself in a box and not get out and get to know different people you may miss out on a good thing.
“But there’s so many dope people out there that if you open yourself up and get out of your own way, you’re going to have a lot of options. A lot more options than you think.”
