Michigan lost! So why aren’t Buckey fans excited? Here’s the deal, Michigan losing to Iowa means that Ohio State no longer controls their own destiny on the road toward the National Championship game. According to Cleveland.com, as long as Penn State kept winning, Ohio State needed Michigan to keep winning. That’s the scenario in which the Buckeyes controlled their own destiny. The Nittany Lions hold a head-to-head tiebreaker edge over the Buckeyes by virtue of beating them Oct. 22. So if Ohio State wins out and Penn State wins out, the Nittany Lions would go to the Big Ten Championship. Ugh!
Don’t worry Buckey fans, there’s still hope. Ohio State is still in this as long as they keep winning and it would help them a lot if Penn State loses in the next two weeks. I think Jesus is a Buckeye fan, so I’ll just pray for his will to be done. lol Go Bucks!
