This weekend was a downer for Columbus as Ohio State suffered their first loss to Penn State. The Buckeyes went for a 60-yard field goal with 4:27 left in the fourth quarter when Penn State blocked it for a TD return, making the final score 24-21.
With the loss, Ohio State dropped four spots to No. 6 in The Associated Press college football poll. Alabama is No. 1 again, Michigan moved up to No. 2, Clemson is No. 3, Washington No. 4 and Louisville rounds out the Top 5 in the poll.
To make the loss worst, the Buckeyes blew a 14-point lead heading into the fourth quarter, allowing the Nittany Lions to come back and make the late winning play. The complete AP poll list is below.
