Although officers located one of the vehicles, they are still on the search for the second car involved, and are currently investigating.

As we have reported, U.S. Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay lost his daughter, Trinity Gay, when she was shot in a gun shootout over this past weekend. Now, 3 men, including a father and son, have been arrested and charged, according to WKYT.

According to reports, Lexington police charged 21-year-old Dvonta Middlebrooks with wanton endangerment and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Chazerae Taylor, 38, and D’markeo Taylor, 19, who are father and son, have also been charged with wanton endangerment.

Gay was shot in the neck during rounds of gunfire exchanged between two vehicles in the restaurant parking lot. According to reports, Middlebrooks was seen in the restaurant parking lot shooting multiple times around 4 am. Witnesses reported gunfire was exchanged between two vehicles around the same time. The vehicles have been described as a gray Dodge Charger and a dark-colored sports car with tinted windows.

Officers were able to locate one vehicle, they are still on the search for the second car involved and are currently investigating.
