Due to the coronavirus hitting our state, Gov Mike DeWine has issued mandatory closing for schools & colleges in the state.

Universities that have moved classes online or canceled them:

Ashland University –  Face-to-face classroom instruction will be suspended starting March 16. Classes will move to online format beginning March 18.

Baldwin Wallace University – All classes canceled through March 20; all classes will resume online until at least April 13

Bowling Green State University – All face-to-face classes will become online-only after students get back from spring break on March 23 and continue through the remainder of the spring semester

Case Western Reserve University – All classes online through end of spring semester

Cleveland Institute of Art – Suspending on-campus instruction and cancelling public programing until at least April 6.

Local districts & schools

All Ohio K-12 schools and districts will be closed starting this Monday afternoon until at least April 3

Cleveland Orchestra – Performances scheduled for March 12, 13 and 14 have been canceled.

Cleveland Public Library – Closed until further notice. Read more.
